Trip Nov’25

The last trip of the year to Pakistan. A bit unexpected, but we received some generous donations specifically for this purpose. This allowed us to still visit our families and further explore initiatives together.

On every trip, you’re confronted again with the challenges so many people face. From the hotel view, you could see a tunnel “tent” on top of a building—this is where a family lives, exposed to the elements, the noise, and the smog of Lahore.

But there were also beautiful moments, like new life—the birth of a wonderful son in one of our close families. We also formed many new connections and visited old ones.

During the second week, I (Arnout) was invited to attend the AgriExpo in Karachi. This fair is a great opportunity to expand the network for business initiatives. Once again, valuable connections were made with the Dutch delegation.

We look forward to seeing what these new relationships and ideas will mean for improving employment opportunities, and how we can create real socio-economic impact.
